子どもたちが学力・豊かな心・健康と体力を身に付け、成長できるよう、学校と家庭、地域が連携して子どもの個性や創造性を伸ばす教育に取り組みます。

Support for marriage and childbirth
Creating a city where everyoneʼs hopes are realized and anyone can marry, have babies, and raise children
By reducing the burdens associated with birth and parenting, the city will create a worry-free social environment in which people can work, marry, give birth and raise children.
In the education field, weʼre creating an environment that develops childrenʼs personalities and creativity in cooperation with schools, families, and communities. Weʼre promoting childrenʼs growth, with a focus on their learning, vitality, health, and physical strength.
第3子以降学校給食費の無償化
旭市在住で子どもの年齢を問わず3人以上を扶養している場合、申し出により市内小・中学校に在学している3人目以降の給食費がかからなくなります。

子ども医療費助成事業
旭市在住で0歳から高校生などまでの児童・生徒の通院や入院に要した医療保険適用の医療費を助成します。
Project helping with childrenʼs medical expenses
乳幼児紙おむつ給付事業
0、1歳児の乳幼児を養育している保護者に、月額3,000円分の紙おむつ購入券を支給します。
