企業の設備投資の促進や事業拡大を推進し、雇用に対する奨励措置、新規創業者と事業承継者へのサポートを通じて、働く世代が地域で就労しやすくなるよう支援を進めます。

The city promotes the development of certified agricultural operators and farmers, the efficient utilization of agricultural land, and the strengthening of productivity for further development of local agriculture.
We aim to build a stronger industrial structure in cooperation with regional and economic organizations such as Michi-no-Eki (roadside station) Kirari Asahi to achieve cooperation among local industries and to create attractive PR activities. Weʼre also creating an environment that enables working generations to get a job, by providing both startups and business successors with support for their companiesʼ capital investment, expansion of business, and incentives for employment by companies in the city.
